Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of MMW (Managed Memory Workspace), available at https://mmwhub.tech and https://app.mmwhub.tech (the “Service”), operated by Mikhail Mansurovich Singatullin, a private individual (the “Operator”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service, including access over MCP, the API, the web interface and documentation, under the plan you choose.

2. Account and keys

• You need an account and an API key to use the API and MCP.
• You must keep your credentials and keys secret and are responsible for activity under your keys. Revoke a key immediately if it may have leaked.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Store or transmit unlawful content, malware, or personal data of others without a legal basis.
• Attempt to access data of other users or the infrastructure of the Service, or bypass isolation between accounts.
• Disrupt the Service, including by denial-of-service attacks or deliberately exceeding rate limits.

4. Plans and payment

Plans, limits and prices are listed on https://mmwhub.tech. Paid plans are billed in advance for each period. Organization plans are billed per seat. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to the content you store. You can delete it at any time or request a copy. We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer and liability

• The Service is provided “as is”. We take reasonable measures to keep it available and to protect data, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that AI systems using it will act correctly.
• We are not liable for decisions or actions taken by you or by AI agents on the basis of stored or retrieved data.
