Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MMW (Managed Memory Workspace), available at https://mmwhub.tech and https://app.mmwhub.tech (the “Service”), collects, uses and protects personal data. The Service is operated by Mikhail Mansurovich Singatullin, a private individual (the “Operator”, “we”).

1. Data we process

Email address and username.
Network and device data: IP address, browser and operating system, date and time of requests.
Cookies and session markers needed to keep you signed in.
API keys, stored only as one-way hashes, and usage statistics (calls, quotas).
Content you or your agents store in the Service: memory records and, only if you explicitly consent in the local agent, session history of Claude Code and Codex. Secrets such as API keys, tokens and passwords are removed before storage.
Payment status from our payment provider. We do not receive or store full card details.

We do not process special categories of data (such as health, biometric or political data) and ask you not to store them in the Service.

2. Why we process data

To create and secure your account, issue API keys and authenticate requests.
To provide the Service through the web interface, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and the API.
To perform our agreement with you and process payments for your plan.
To send service notices about security, API changes and support requests.
To keep the Service reliable and prevent abuse and unauthorized access.

3. Legal basis

We process data to perform our agreement with you (the Terms of Service), on the basis of your consent (for example, for uploading session history), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on dedicated servers operated by our infrastructure provider. Accounts, projects and workspaces are isolated from each other; inside an organization, access follows the visibility rules set by the organization. Logs of MCP calls do not contain memory content. We make nightly backups that are kept for seven days.

5. Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with these categories of recipients, only to the extent needed, or when required by law:

Infrastructure (hosting) provider: stores all Service data.
Payment processor: receives your email address and order number when you pay for a plan.
Language model provider: receives the text of new memory records to link related records and mark outdated ones, and, when you ask the MMW Telegram bot a question in plain language, the question and up to three matching memories to phrase the answer. Secrets are removed before memories are stored. Do not store personal data in memory if you do not want it processed this way.
Web analytics provider: receives cookies, IP address and browser data on our website and account pages.
Telegram: if you use the MMW Telegram bot, Telegram delivers your messages to the bot and our replies to you.

6. Using MMW from AI assistants

When you connect MMW to an AI assistant (for example ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor), we receive only the text and parameters that the assistant sends to MMW tools at your request: memories you ask it to save, search queries, and validation or deletion requests. We do not receive your chat history from the assistant. Session history is uploaded only from the local agent mmw-agent and only after your explicit consent in the terminal. Memories are stored in your account, and you can delete them at any time with the forget tool or by writing to us.

Telegram bot. If you link your account to the MMW Telegram bot (@mmwhub_bot), the messages you send to the bot travel from Telegram through our relay server in Germany to MMW, and replies travel back the same way. The relay only passes messages on: it does not store or log their text. What you ask the bot to save is stored in your account like any other memory.

7. International transfers

Your data is stored on servers operated by our infrastructure provider. If you use MMW from another country, your data is transferred to and processed in the country where those servers are located. When you pay for a plan, our payment processor, which may be located in another country, receives your email address and order number. Messages to the MMW Telegram bot pass through our relay server in Germany. The protections in this policy apply wherever your data is processed.

8. Children

MMW is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact support@mmwhub.tech and we will delete it.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or until you withdraw consent. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we erase it from active databases within 10 business days; copies in backups disappear when those backups expire, within seven days after that.

Security logs are kept separately, for security and the investigation of abuse: records of account actions (IP address, browser, time and type of request, and the email address used to sign up or sign in) are kept for 3 years, and web server access logs for 1 year. After that they are deleted automatically. These logs never contain passwords, keys or the content of your memories.

Our correspondence with you (emails to and from support@mmwhub.tech, Telegram support chat messages and service emails) is kept for 3 years to provide support and resolve disputes, and is then deleted automatically.

10. Your rights

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct, restrict or delete inaccurate or outdated data.
Receive a copy of your data on request.
Withdraw consent at any time; for session history, run mmw-agent revoke or write to us.

11. Cookies

We use cookies only for sign-in and security. You can disable cookies in your browser, but you may not be able to sign in to your account.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will announce material changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page shows the current version.
